The in-game marketplace is your hub for buying, selling, or renting assets. It’s designed to make managing your team as flexible and efficient as possible. Here’s how it works:

Player Transactions

You have two ways to acquire players for your team:

1. Offer a Contract:

   • Define the revenue share and number of seasons for the contract.

   • The player owner retains the NFT, while your team gains the player's services.

   • Note: Contract offers can only be made during the off-season (free agency) phase of the competition your team is registered in. That also means you must first register for a competition.

2. Buy the NFT:

   • Purchase the player NFT to gain full ownership of the asset.

   • You will inherit any existing contract tied to the player, so be careful.

   • Player NFTs are bought using USDC. Ensure your wallet is topped up with enough funds before making a purchase.

   • Availability: NFT purchases are available at any time.

• Use filters in the marketplace to refine your search by position, rating, price, and other criteria.

• Whether you need a star player or a budget-friendly role player, the marketplace has options for every strategy.

Listing a Player for Sale

Want to sell a player on the marketplace? Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Player’s Profile Page:

   • Navigate to the page of the player you want to list.

2. Click “List for Sale”:

   • Use the button to start the listing process.

3. Set Your Price:

   • Enter your desired sale price. Marketplace fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm the listing.

4. Manage Your Listing:

   • You can update or remove the listing at any time.

HoopVerse will take a 6.5% fee on all paid transactions made on the marketplace.
